Throughout the congress, a concurrent exhibition will take place. Companies serving in various fields of petroleum industry such as exploration, drilling, production, transportation and marketing are welcome to take part in the exhibition. Contributions of the pioneers of technological developments of the industry, companies involved in new and renewable energy resources and their producers of goods and services will be appreciated. Companies willing to attend the congress and rent exhibition areas will contact the Congress General Secretary, R. Hayrettin Sancay or Organization Secretariat before April 15th, 2009.

EXHIBITION CHARGES AND FORM OF PAYMENT
The cost for 1 m² of exhibition area located in the Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center Exhibition floor is 300 € + VAT.
An area of minimum 9 m² will be consigned for exhibition.
The participants shall deposit the participation fee into the given bank accounts and indicate as “Exhibition Participation Fee”. The bank slip along with the Agreement must be delivered to the correspondance address via fax or e-mail.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE EXHIBITION FEE
The following are included in the exhibition fee: A standard stand, one spot lighting for every 3 m², for every stand; extension cable, one desk, two chairs, one ashtray, one garbage can, a stand description sign (two words), general cleaning, general security, name badges.

EXTRA MATERIALS AND SERVICES
The following can be requested as additional services with additional charges: telephone, fax, refrigerator, hostess, interpreter, table, chair, shelf, showcase, private booth, tower, special stand, brochure stand, desk, projector, curtain, computer, photocopy machine, flowers, etc.

ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP
A Congress Final Program Booklet and a Congress Abstract Book and CD will be published. Advertisements can be requested to appear on these publishings' inner pages and seperators or the banner on the congress website main page. Sponsorship fees do not include VAT.
