VENUE
The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center, Ankara.

LANGUAGE
Official languages of the conference are English and Turkish. Simultaneous translation from Turkish to English and English to Turkish will be provided.

ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORTATION AND TRANSFERS
Provisional reservations are made at the Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center, the five star hotel where the congress will take place, as well as at various hotels of other categories. Participants who wish to make a request shall contact Valör Congress Organizations.

Valör Congress Organizations will help provide national/international airline tickets, transportation between the airport and the hotel and rental car services for the participants. Participants who wish to make a request shall contact Valör Congress Organizations.

VISA
To facilitate visa procedures, international participants may be sent an official letter of invitation on the condition that they send their registration forms and bank slips to the Organizing Committee. In such case, the participants must apply to the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country.

BANKING AND EXCHANGE
All exchange transactions are ensured by banks, exchange offices, hotels and airports. International credit cards (Visa, Diners, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) are valid.

CLIMATE
Around the time of the congress the weather in Ankara is expected to be; 16-25°C during the day, 6-13°C during the night
