For hotel reservations to be final, all participants are kindly requested to fill out the “Accommodation Form”, available at our web site deposit the accommodation fee into the bank account given below and send the bank slip along with the application form to Valör Congress Organizations via fax or e-mail.

- The given prices include 1 night bed & breakfast and VAT.
- Discounted accommodation fees are valid until April 1st 2009.
- Supplementary rates will apply for reservations after that date.
- Participants who wish to lodge at the congress hotel before or after the congress shall contact Valör Congress Organizations.
- Hotel accommodations will be arranged according to the order of application.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case a written cancellation of accommodation is conveyed to Valör Congress Organization before April 1st 2009, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations after April 1st 2009 are not refundable.
Refunding will be made after the congress.
