REGISTRATION FEE
Reduced registration fees are valid until April 1st, 2009. Members of UCTEA-CPE, UCTEA-CGE and TAPG will be accepted as "Member" at registration.

- Registration fee includes; coffee breaks, lunches, opening cocktail, gala dinner, printed material of the congress and VAT.
- Students are free to attend to the presentations only.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Registration will be possible throughout the congress and can be made at the registration desk in cash, or credit card.
In case a written cancellation of participation is made before
April 1st, 2009, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations after April 1st, 2009 are not refundable.
Refunding will be made after the congress.
